  • Colors: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  • Errors: In the event of a pricing error or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Order Confirmation: An email confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any item or refuse service to any customer.
  • Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. I Love Saipan is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or those flagged as potentially fraudulent.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processes.

6. Customs Declarations and Special Orders

For special orders or shipments requiring customs clearance into or out of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), USA, the following rules apply:

  • Customer Responsibility for Declaration: Customers must accurately declare all shipping contents and their true commercial value. This information is required by CNMI Division of Customs and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to determine applicable duties, taxes, and clearance procedures.
  • Compliance with US Standards: All shipments must comply with U.S. federal and CNMI local laws. This includes prohibitions on hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, or restricted biological items.
  • Liability for Illegal Contents: AC Pacific LLC (I Love Saipan) acts solely as a service provider/vendor. Any customer who provides a false declaration or attempts to ship illegal, prohibited, or restricted items shall be held solely and personally liable for such actions.
  • Indemnity: AC Pacific LLC shall not be responsible for any legal consequences, fines, seizures, or penalties resulting from a customer's misdeclaration or the inclusion of illegal contents. The customer agrees to indemnify AC Pacific LLC against any claims or legal actions arising from such violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the property of I Love Saipan or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). You agree that any dispute arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts located in Saipan, CNMI.
